
Fatima works with HR Technology and Cybersecurity companies on M&A and strategic financing transactions. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with over 15 years of expertise driving transformative growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic innovation.
Prior to Woodside Capital Partners, Fatima was Head of Product Strategy for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), a leading global HR, payroll, HR service delivery and workforce management company formed by Hellman & Friedman during a $22 billion merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos Incorporated. She was instrumental leading acquisitions, closing 6+ transactions in two years with a total value in excess of $1.5 billion. She also played a pivotal role unifying product operations as part of UKG’s post-merger integration team. Earlier in her career at UKG, Fatima established new operational processes in the Product Leadership Development Program as Ultimate Software transitioned to private ownership, backed by Hellman & Friedman, Blackstone, and JMI. Her efforts supported the company’s scalability and readiness for strategic investments.
Beyond UKG, Fatima’s career includes high-impact roles in technology and consulting. As a management consultant for a Fortune 50 client, she spearheaded the development of an omni-channel point-of-sale solution for FedEx, enabling the processing of $18 billion in annual sales and significantly enhancing revenue streams through cutting-edge technology integration. Earlier, as a Product Manager in R&D, Fatima drove product development and post-acquisition integration efforts for Entrust and Greenview Data, resulting in market cap growth from $16 million to $26 million through innovative product enhancements and strategic alignment.
Fatima holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a certificate in AI Strategy from MIT. Recognized by the WomenTech Network as a Product Management Leader of the Year nominee and as an Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review, she continues to collaborate with global organizations to shape the future of work and technology. Fatima is also the founder of two impactful nonprofits: Women’s Tech Coalition, aimed at increasing women’s representation in STEM, and Lioness Instincts, which empowers women and children with digital and physical self-defense skills.
