Fatima is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur, bringing over 15 years of industry expertise and leadership to Woodside Capital Partner’s clients. She primarily focuses on HR Technology and Cybersecurity companies seeking to successfully move through the M&A and/or strategic financing processes.
A recognized thought leader on the future of work, Fatima is an Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented at prestigious forums like SXSW and the Data Science Salon, sharing the stage with industry leaders like Adam Fletcher, CISO at Blackstone.
Prior to joining WCP, Fatima was the Head of Product Strategy and Innovation at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where she led innovation-through-acquisition. During her tenure she led initiatives that drove over $1.5 billion in acquisitions, shaping the product portfolio vision and securing market leadership in the global payroll space. She also expanded partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Slack, co-developing a workforce management platform extension that generated $250 million in new sales while fostering unique work experiences across 350+ certified partners.
Fatima holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a certificate in AI Strategy from MIT. She has been recognized by the WomenTech Network as a nominee for Product Management Leader of the Year and frequently collaborates with global organizations to shape the future of work and technology.
She is the President of Chrysalis Labs, an emerging tech advisory firm focused on supporting early stage startups through fundraising, product strategy, and M&A exits.
Fatima is also the founder of two nonprofits: Women’s Tech Coalition, dedicated to increasing women’s representation in STEM, and Lioness Instincts, empowering women and children with digital and physical self-defense skills.
