Christine is an experienced investment banker with 18 years of M&A experience. She has led transaction teams in the US and UK for deals from $10M to $1B. She has experience across many sectors, specializing primarily in technology transactions in Aerospace & Defense, AI, Robotics, Optics/Lasers, and SaaS. Christine has worked on both the buy side and sell side which honed her negotiating skills and enables superior results for her clients.
Before joining Woodside Capital Partners, she was the Founder and President of Moneta Vista Advisors, and, an Independent Representative at ShorelineAmbrose Advisors, both boutique middle-market Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory firms.
Before Moneta Vista Advisors, Christine worked at Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems Company for 22 years supporting satellite and missile programs. She began as the primary optical scientist for a Space-Shuttle-launched coronagraph instrument at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado. Then, she was an associate scientist at Lockheed Martin’s Palo Alto Research Laboratories. Next, she was the primary Contamination Control Engineer for the Astra 2A Communication satellite during its launch operations on a Proton rocket in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, followed by the Deputy Capture Manager on a successful $3B mobile communication satellite program for the Navy. She found her greatest satisfaction leading teams focused on strategic technology acquisitions at Lockheed Martin.
Christine grew up in New York, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Binghamton University. She completed her MBA from Santa Clara University in California. She is an avid networker, and is the Group Leader of the Menlo Park chapter of the nationwide networking group, ProVisors.
