
Hirokazu Nagaoka is a Senior Advisor at Woodside Capital Partners. Hiro brings nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity across Japanese and international markets, with deep expertise in complex deal structuring, cross-border M&A, and leveraged buyout execution. He focuses on advising clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors, with a strong track record in both strategic transactions and hands-on private equity investments.
Hiro is the Founder of Long View GK, an advisory firm specializing in financial services for technology companies.
Previously, Hiro served as a Director at Sangyo Sosei Advisory, where he provided M&A advisory services to clients across the TMT spectrum, ranging from semiconductor devices to technology-enabled services.
Prior to his advisory roles, Hiro was a Vice President at Tokio Marine Capital (now T Capital Partners), a mid-cap buyout firm, where he was involved in deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management. He began his career at Nomura Securities in the Corporate Finance TMT Group, where he focused on IPO execution for technology companies.
Hiro holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Tokyo and is a Certified Member Analyst (CMA, Level II) of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. He is bilingual in Japanese and English.
