At an invitation-only conference organized by CEO Quest on September 10, Ron gave a presentation on global technology M&A trends to a group of CEOs interested in honing their leadership effectiveness and accelerating their companies’ velocity. He spoke about the current very strong M&A environment, highlighting global technology acquisitions, technology M&A deals in Silicon Valley, and key M&A considerations. On July 17, Ron spoke to CFOs and financial professionals of private equity and venture capital firms at Silicon Valley Bank’s VC/PE Finance Professionals Conference about the overall status of M&A and private financing markets.
