Kendra Viloria is an analyst at Woodside Capital Partners, where she supports various M&A, capital raising, and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies across the firm’s focus areas.

Prior to joining WCP, Kendra worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in enterprise risk and regulatory compliance for financial services institutions. She also worked as a client associate at Merrill Lynch, where she provided brokerage and consultation services and managed relations with leading private equity and venture capital firms. Additionally, she has venture capital experience at How Women Invests and Kapwa Capital, conducting market research and due diligence to support underserved founders.

Kendra graduated with a B.S. in Statistics with minors in Accounting and Anthropology from UCLA. She holds a FINRA SIE license as well as an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
