Jake is an analyst at Woodside Capital Partners, where he is responsible for supporting a variety of M&A, capital raising, and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies across all areas of the firm’s expertise.

Prior to joining WCP, Jake worked at a boutique wealth management firm in Silicon Valley, where he supported a fund of funds focused on investing in biotech and life sciences. Additionally, Jake worked as a Project Coordinator on the Data Programs team at SoundHound, a publicly traded company developing conversational AI technology.

Jake holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus in Finance, as well as a Financial Modeling bootcamp certification through Wallstreet Prep.
