Ted Celentino is an Analyst at Woodside Capital Partners, where he supports the firm’s M&A advisory and capital raising activities for emerging growth companies across the healthcare and technology sectors.

Before joining Woodside Capital Partners, Ted was a Venture Capital Fellow at Mighty Capital, where he assisted in the evaluation of early-stage investment opportunities, conducted market and competitive landscape research, and worked closely with founders on pitch positioning and strategic go-to-market narratives.

Ted also serves on the Board of Directors of Upward Credit Union, where he contributes to governance and policy formation, including authoring guidelines for the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence within the financial services industry.

Ted earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Chapman University, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA and ranking first in a class of 630. He has passed the CFA Level I exam.
