Akhilesh joined Woodside Capital Partners in July 2022. As an Associate for WCP, Akhilesh is responsible for supporting a variety of M&A, capital raising, and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies across all areas of the firm’s expertise.

Akhilesh helps the firm’s bankers on projects including financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, corporate and industry research, due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, and identification of corporate and financial buyers and investors.

Prior to joining WCP, Akhilesh was in private equity at a search fund focused on professional sales and marketing CRM platforms. Additionally, he has worked at a scout at syndicates focused on early-stage health-tech and consumer fin-tech. Akhilesh is also passionate about technologies in the clean-tech space that enable SMBs with enterprise scale solutions.

Akhilesh holds a MSc in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco, as well as a BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine.
