Ravi advises private and public Semiconductor companies on M&A and strategic decisions. He is a seasoned technology executive with experience in strategy development and execution, business transformation, and inorganic growth. He has been involved in over $15B worth of M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Woodside Capital Partners, Ravi was an executive at SiTime, Marvell, and Global Foundries. At these companies, he was responsible for the strategy and corporate development, and business transformation functions.
Ravi earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He has a deep understanding of value creation and capture, and leverages this expertise to help Woodside Capital Partners’ clients win. He holds seven patents in the field of computer arithmetic and analog design.
