Michael is an Analyst at Woodside Capital Partners, where he is responsible for supporting a variety of M&A, capital raising and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies across all areas of the firm’s expertise.
Working closely with the firm’s senior bankers, Michael is involved in supporting all aspects of transactions, including extensive financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, corporate and industry research, due diligence, preparation of marketing and presentation materials and identification of corporate and financial buyers and investors.
Before starting as an analyst at Woodside Capital Partners, Michael was an intern at Woodside Capital where he gained M&A experience. Prior to Woodside Capital he gained experience working at Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management team where he acted as a point of contact for clients as well as conducted investment research. He also has a background working at a late-stage startup where he first began to develop his forecasting and valuation skills. Michael received a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
